UK VISA ASSISTANCE
Tier 2 (General) - Health & Care Visa
To apply for a Tier 2 General - Health and Care working visa the nurse needs:
- An offer of a job from a UK based Hospital/Care-Home that holds a sponsorship licence;
- To score sufficient points for their ‘attributes’– applicants are awarded points if they are issued a Certificate of Sponsorship from the UK Hospital/Care-Home and if they will receive at least what is considered to be the appropriate salary for the particular job role under the codes of practice;
- To score points by showing that they have enough money for their maintenance (living costs) in the UK;
- To score points by demonstrating they can speak English to a basic level(UKVI IELTS);
- The employer needs to have carried out a Resident Market Labour Test (see below) to ensure that a member of the UK resident workforce was not suitable for the job.
Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT)
As mentioned above the RLMT is a method that aims to ensure that jobs that members of the residence workforce (who have the absolute right to work in whatever occupation they choose) do not miss out on jobs that would be suitable for them. The Resident Labour Market Test does not need to be carried out in particular types of Tier 2 General application (please contact us for more information).
Tier 2 (General):
For workers who have an offer of work and a certificate of sponsorship from a UK employer with a valid Tier 2 sponsorship license.
Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer):
For employees who are being transferred to the UK branch under any of the four sub-categories: Long-term staff, Short-term staff, Graduate trainee and Skills transfer.
Tier 2 (Sportsman):
For sports people of international calibre to stay in the UK for a lengthy period.
Tier 2 (Minister of Religion):
For missionaries, monks and ministers of religion.
Tier 4 Students:
This visa is for students who intend to study in UK educational institutions.
Tier 4 Dependent:
This visa is for the spouses to join with their partner prepare to fly in the UK or in the UK (more details please contact our office either in the phone or email).
Parent of a Tier 4 child visa:
You can apply for a Parent of Tier 4 child visa if
Your child attends an independent fee-paying day school in the UK
You’re from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland
You meet the other (Contact Office)
Exceptional Talent visa (Tier1):
This visa is for anyone who has been endorsed in the field of science, humanities, engineering, medicine, digital technology or the arts as: a recognised leader (exceptional talent), an emerging leader (exceptional promise). Applicant must also be from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur):
For people with at least £50,000 to invest in the UK by taking over or setting up a UK business.
Tier 1 (Investor):
For people who want to invest in the UK and have at least £1m to invest in a UK investment opportunity.
Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur):
For graduates of UK universities who are endorsed by their university.
Tier 5 Temporary Workers:
This visa is for people traveling to UK under Youth Mobility Scheme, International Agreements, and Government Authorized Exchange and for Sports People.
Family Visiting Visa:
Parents who do like to join with their Son or Daughter settled in UK.
Standard Visitor visa:
You can apply for a Standard Visitor visa if you want to visit the UK:
For leisure, e.g. on holiday or to see your family and friends
For business, or to take part in sports or creative events
For another reason, e.g. to receive private medical treatment
Marriage Visitor visa:
You must apply for a Marriage Visitor visa if
You want to get married or register a civil partnership in the UK
You want to give notice of a marriage or civil partnership in UK
You’re not planning to stay or settle in the UK after your marriage or civil partnership

Apply to Join Family Living Permanently In the UK:
